Before you send
Is the plan set required?
Not to start. Roof plans and a lot count are enough for a first conversation.
Do you bid single roofs?
Rarely. We're built for releases of several roofs, and for custom homes from a builder.
Will I get a price over the phone?
No. The bid is written, so everything it assumes is on paper.
