Warranty callbacks
One line for closed homes
When a buyer reports a roof problem after closing, your warranty rep calls us once.
We log the callback against the lot address and agree a visit window with your rep. A roofer goes up, finds the cause and sends a short report with photos.
Logged by lot address and plan name
A visit window agreed with your rep
A photo report back, whether or not it's ours to fix

Coverage
What workmanship coverage includes
The term, in years, is written into each bid and runs from the roof's final inspection. Exclusions are in the written warranty.
Covered
Leaks from our flashing, fastening or penetrations, and shingles that lift because of how we installed them.
Not covered
Damage from other trades or foot traffic, framing movement, hail and wind beyond the product's rating, and gutters.
Manufacturer warranty
Registered by us in the builder's name or the homeowner's, as the contract says. The manufacturer sets its terms.

Questions on callbacks
Do you respond to emergencies at night?
No. Our office and crews work the hours listed in the footer. For an active leak outside those hours, a builder's warranty rep should arrange temporary protection.
Do you fix roofs we didn't build?
Only by agreement. We'll look at a roof from another contractor on a builder's request and report what we find.
Who pays for a callback?
If the cause is our workmanship and inside the written warranty, we do. If another trade or the weather caused it, we report that and quote the repair.
