This is how McKenzie Roof Crews handles what you send us. It is a plain summary, not a legal contract.

What we collect

On the bid form we get your name, company, phone, email and details of the release. On the callback form we also get a lot address. On the hiring form we get your name, phone and work history. If you text us, we get your number and what you send.

What we use it for

We use it to call you back, write bids, log callbacks and talk with applicants. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.

Who sees it

The people on the office team who handle your request. Hiring details go to crew coordination only.

How long we keep it

Bid and job records stay as long as we need them for warranty and tax papers. Applications are kept while a role is open. You can ask us to delete the rest.
