Capacity

What the crews can carry

Figures are for standard asphalt-shingle plans in dry weather. The scheduler confirms crew days against your release.

  • 80

    Roofers on our payroll

  • 9

    Crews, each with a foreman

  • 12

Roofs a day at full capacity

  • 7 a.m.

Crew on your lot, Monday to Friday

Figures change with the season and the plan mix.

Across the year

How the seasons change a week

  • Spring

Wind and rain days come in runs. We dry in first and shingle behind it.

  • Summer

Hot decks mean 6 a.m. starts and an early finish, with the crew down before the afternoon heat.

  • Fall

The busiest season, as builders race the first snow. Book releases early.

  • Winter

Shingles seal poorly below 40°F. We hand-seal or hold the lot and tell your super which.

Holding your date

How we protect a closing date

A schedule is only as good as what happens when it slips.

  • A named scheduler for your account

  • A same-morning call when weather holds a lot

  • A foreman on each crew who can answer your super

  • A short list of lots that move, never a silent slip
