Work with us

Open roles

We hire year-round. The first day is a safety class, not a roof.

  • Roofer

Shingle, flash and clean up on new homes with a crew and a foreman. Experience helps; the right attitude helps more.

  • Ground crew

Stage material, sweep for nails and keep the lot clean. A first step toward the roof, with training when you're ready.

  • Foreman

Lead a crew on your own lots, walk roofs with supers and keep the closeout file.

  • Scheduler or estimator

Take off plans, hold crew days and talk to builders each day.

Your first weeks

Training before you go up

Nobody's first day is on a roof.

  • A safety class and fall-protection training on paid time

  • A week on the ground with a foreman before you're on a slope

  • Harness, hard hat, eye protection and gloves from day one

  • Spanish and English on the crews, and Spanish in the office

A roofer in a safety harness and tool belt climbs an aluminum ladder to a shingle roof

Questions from applicants

Do I need experience?

Not for ground crew. For roofer roles we look for time on a roof, but we'll talk to anyone who has worked construction.

Who speaks Spanish?

Lazaro Paredes in production, Fatima Bonilla in hiring, and the foremen of several crews. The Spanish section at the foot of this page has the same roles and its own form.

What does the application ask?

Your name, phone, the role, your language at work and your time on a roof. Fatima calls you to talk.
